Wix Partner in Seattle

Wix Studio sites, custom code, and rescue work from a Wix Partner who will also tell you when the page builder is the wrong tool.

A Wix Partner should say stay, extend, or leave. Not just rebuild.

How we start

Connect, write a plan, then stay in the work

You are not hiring a vendor who vanishes after a kickoff. You get us as an embedded partner who learns the business, then ships against the plan.

01

Connect

Thirty minutes. We learn how the business actually runs: who buys, what is broken, what a good month looks like after launch.

02

Write a plan

What to build, what to skip, an honest range, and whether we are the right fit. You leave with a path, not a pitch deck.

03

Embed

You work with the people who ship it. We stay in the work after launch so the site does not rot the week after deploy.

What a Wix Partner actually ships

Studio sites that convert, custom code when the editor stops, and a clean path off Wix if you outgrow it.

Wix Studio sites

Marketing sites and storefronts built in Wix Studio, not a leftover Editor template. Clear IA, mobile-first, and pages your team can edit.

Custom Velo and APIs

Forms, membership, and data that the drag-and-drop canvas cannot model. Custom code on Wix when the business logic is real.

Wix e-commerce

Catalogs, checkout, and the ops around orders. Wired to inventory and CRM so a sale is not a spreadsheet event.

Integrations

HubSpot, payments, scheduling, and the rest of your stack. Native apps when they map. Custom APIs when they do not.

Wix rescue

Broken forms, slow pages, abandoned Studio sites, and editors nobody can log into. Stabilize first, then fix or rebuild.

Migration off Wix

When Wix is the bottleneck, I move you to a stack you can grow on and keep the URLs that already rank.

A Wix Partner who will tell you when to leave Wix

Hiring a Wix Partner should mean a Studio site that loads, converts, and connects to the tools you already pay for. It should not mean a template dump, a pile of apps, and a developer who disappears when the editor hits a wall.

That is the work I do as a Wix Partner in Seattle. Wix Studio marketing sites and stores. Custom Velo when the canvas is not enough. HubSpot and other integrations. Rescue of sites someone else left half-finished. And an honest call when Wix is the wrong product and you need a custom website or a portal instead.

Who this is for

Owners who want a Wix Partner, not a $300 weekend template.

Teams already on Wix that need custom forms, membership, e-commerce rules, or a CRM connection the app market cannot finish.

Businesses whose Wix site is live but slow, broken, or uneditable because the last developer is gone.

Buyers who will accept "stay," "extend," or "leave" as the answer, as long as it is the true one.

Who this is not for

A five-page placeholder you only need online this week. Use Wix's own templates and come back when the site is a real channel.

Unlimited revision-by-committee with no decision owner. Designate someone who can say yes.

A signed-in client portal, complex B2B pricing, or ops software pretending to be a Wix site. That is custom web portal work. Forcing it into Wix wastes the budget twice.

What I build on Wix

Wix Studio sites. Offer, proof, and a next step above the fold. Mobile-first. Pages your team can edit without opening a ticket. Same conversion discipline as other Seattle website work, on the Wix stack.

Custom Velo and data. Collections, forms, membership, and the logic a drag-and-drop block will not cover. Code that your editors do not have to touch.

Stores. Catalog, checkout, tax and shipping that match how you actually fulfill. Not a theme shop with twelve apps papering over the gaps. Deeper commerce work also lives under Seattle ecommerce.

Integrations. HubSpot, payments, scheduling, and APIs. Native Wix apps when they map. Custom connections when a missed sync is a real cost. Related: API development.

Rescue. Broken forms, Core Web Vitals that fail, Studio sites nobody can log into. Stabilize, then repair or rebuild. Pair with website rescue when the live site is already costing deals.

Stay on Wix, extend it, or leave

Stay. Wix can own a marketing site, a straightforward store, and a few integrations. If that is the job, we build it well and keep you on the platform.

Extend. Custom Velo, better data, HubSpot, and the pieces the editor will never grow into. Still Wix. Just not only Wix.

Leave. Membership portals, complex quoting, or workflows that fight the page builder every week. I migrate content and URLs to a stack that can hold the product. Rankings are part of the cutover, not an afterthought.

I would rather lose a Wix rebuild than take a year of fighting a tool that cannot do the job.

Cost and timeline

Focused Wix Studio marketing sites often land in the lower five figures and ship in weeks. Stores with custom checkout or several integrations take longer. If the real need is a portal, we stop calling it a Wix project and scope it as custom software.

Payment is milestone-based. Ongoing support after launch so the site does not rot the week after publish.

Next step

Book a time with an expert or get a quote. Bring the current Wix URL and what a good month looks like after launch. You leave with stay, extend, or leave, not a pitch.

Bring the Wix site and what it still cannot do

Free 30-minute call. I will say stay on Wix, extend it, or leave it. You talk to the person who builds it.

We take on a small number of new builds at a time so every project gets focused attention.

FAQs

Are you an official Wix Partner?

Yes. Seattle.dev is a Wix Partner. That means Wix Studio builds, partner support, and the usual partner tooling. It does not mean every project should stay on Wix. If a custom portal or another stack is the honest answer, I will say so on the first call.

How much does a Wix Partner project cost?

Focused Wix Studio marketing sites often land in the lower five figures. Stores with custom checkout, membership, or integrations climb from there. Portal-shaped work is a different product and tracks the $30,000 to $100,000 ranges I publish for custom software. I quote after I see the current site and the job it has to do.

Do you build in Wix Studio or classic Wix Editor?

Wix Studio for new work. Classic Editor only when the live site is already there and a full Studio rebuild would torch rankings or content for no reason. Rescue can start on whatever you have.

Can you add custom code and integrations to Wix?

Yes. Velo, APIs, HubSpot, payments, and scheduling. Native Wix apps when the objects match. Custom code when they do not. I will not pile apps onto a site that already groans.

Should I stay on Wix or migrate off?

Stay if Wix can own the pages, store, and a few integrations without weekly fights. Leave if you need a signed-in portal, complex pricing, or workflows a page builder will never model cleanly. That call is the first thing we do, not an upsell after a rebuild.

Can you rescue a Wix site another developer abandoned?

Yes. I start with access, backups, and what still converts. Then repair, rebuild in Studio, or migrate. Pair with website rescue when the live site is actively losing deals.
