Challenge
Veristone Capital funds real estate from foundation to finish with in-house valuation and underwriting. Speed and credibility are the product. The prior digital presence did not communicate either, and it did not give loan programs, resources, or events a clear home for organic search.
Builders and investors landing on the site needed to understand the offer quickly, find the right program path, and convert: Start Now / Get Started, contact, or phone. Instead, program content, thought leadership, and events were under-structured for SEO growth and for a premium private capital brand.
This was positioning, information architecture, and conversion hierarchy work, not a logo exercise.
Redesign
I designed a premium, PNW-forward marketing site built around how capital buyers evaluate a lender online.
Positioning. "From Foundation to Finish" is the core value prop, backed by process and timeline messaging so the claim is not empty slogan work.
Conversion hierarchy. Start Now / Get Started as primary actions. Contact Us and phone stay available so prospects who prefer a direct line are not forced through a single funnel shape.
Content IA. Loan Programs, About, Resource Center, and Events are first-class sections. Programs can rank and expand without bolting PDFs onto a thin brochure. Resources and events support ongoing organic growth instead of living as orphan pages.
Brand system. Cinematic hero photography with the Veristone mark as a strong graphic moment. Premium without cold: Pacific Northwest capital, not generic fintech purple gradients.
SEO and technical foundation
Information architecture maps to search demand: loan programs, process, about, resources. Title and meta patterns plus H1–H2 structure support program and resource pages as they grow. Internal links from homepage CTAs push into high-intent program content so conversion paths and crawl paths reinforce each other.
Performance-conscious layout and share-ready Open Graph images support campaigns and LinkedIn without a separate "export for social" project every time. The stack approach is the same modern marketing-site pattern I use elsewhere: maintainable front end, clean metadata, structure that accepts new programs without a rebuild.
Result
Prospects understand the offer in one scroll. Conversion paths are obvious. The site is structured so new programs and resources can rank without another full redesign.
A polished capital brand online: clear offer, clear next step, SEO foundation that matches how Veristone actually sells.
