Challenge

Mind and Body Harmony Massage is Nataliya's practice. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 2016, with studios in Kirkland (inside Calypso Beauty) and Kent (The Azur). The authority is the therapist and the two rooms. The old website did not make that path obvious.

People landing on the site needed to meet Nataliya, scan a service menu, and book the right location. Two studios is a booking problem, not a brochure problem. A visitor should not have to guess which address they are walking into, or who will be treating them.

This was a redesign and local SEO problem, not a brand invention problem. The practice already had the therapist, the locations, and the menu. The site needed to stop getting in the way.

Redesign

I rebuilt the site at mindandbodyharmonymassage.com around how people book a massage here, not a generic spa template.

A clear path to Nataliya. The homepage introduces the licensed therapist so visitors know who they are booking.

Service menu. Treatments sit where visitors can pick a service before they pick a time, instead of hunting a buried list.

Two-location booking. Kirkland (inside Calypso Beauty) and Kent (The Azur) each get their own booking path so the calendar matches the studio.

Same discipline as other Puget Sound redesigns: keep the practice as it is, fix the experience underneath.

SEO and technical foundation

Local intent drives the IA. Kirkland and Kent are named as first-class locations, with headings and internal links that support local massage searches instead of a single undifferentiated contact block.

Crawlable navigation and consistent location details support local signals. The front end is modern and performance-minded: image optimization, clean metadata for social and search previews, room to add services without another full rebuild.

Result

Visitors can pick a service, choose Kirkland or Kent, and book with Nataliya. The site matches a two-location practice: clear menu, clear studios, and a short path from landing to appointment.
